How do I schedule service?

Please reach out to us via phone, or in store to schedule a day for service. Typically our turn around time is within a week, however due to large volume of inbound work orders, sometimes our lead time will lag behind.

How long is your warranty for service?

We offer a 48-hour warranty window for any service completed by our mechanics, we promise to mend or replace any work that, by no fault of the customer, or the business, has been deemed defective, or unusable.

When can I come in to get an estimate?

Our service staff will be happy to assist you anytime, just bring your bike by, and let us work our magic.

What are your policies on special order products?

All products specially, and specifically ordered for a customer adheres to a strict, “all orders final” policy. Please make sure the item suits your needs prior to purchasing, as once it is rung through our system, we can not take any product back.
